At Petvaria, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

• You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or the payment method agreed).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Ship the item back to us within the return window.
